Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has announced that with effect from the conclusion of the annual shareholders’ meeting this Friday 19 August 2022, Andrew Mitchell will retire as a director of the company.
At the same time, Craig Percy will be appointed as a director of the company with expertise in the Aged Care and Retirement Village sectors.
The Board will also be commencing a review of its composition, with an intention to increase to five directors and appoint a new independent chair.
Acting Chair, Helen Down, will lead the review.
