Brendan Wright appointed Property for Industry's counsel

Property for Industry has announced the appointment of Brendan Wright as its new general counsel and company secretary.

Wright, who has extensive corporate law experience, previously held the positions of general counsel and company secretary at Metlifecare.

He has also worked at law firms Slaughter and May in London and Mayne Wetherell in Auckland.

Wright has been consulting for Property for Industry since August 2024 and has been involved in several key projects.

His appointment will be effective from July 1, 2025.

Property for Industry is a property vehicle listed on the NZX, specialising in industrial properties.
