Burger Fuel announces hybrid annual meeting for September

Burger Fuel Group has announced that its hybrid annual shareholders meeting will be held on September 25, 2025, at the Rakiura Room, Parkside Hotel & Apartments in Auckland, as well as via Zoom webinars.

The meeting is scheduled to commence at 9:30am (NZ time).

In the event that a physical meeting is deemed inappropriate, the company may opt for a virtual-only meeting and will notify shareholders accordingly.

Shareholders are encouraged to participate online and vote before the meeting.

The agenda includes presentations from the chairman and CEO, shareholder discussion, and the consideration of two resolutions: the re-election of director Tyrone Foley and the auditor's remuneration.
