TruScreen has announced the issuance of 55,490,771 shares under its share purchase plan.
The shares were issued at a price of NZ$0.02 (A$0.018) per share.
The company said the oversubscription of 28,191,169 shares will be issued pending shareholder approval at a meeting scheduled for July 15, 2025.
