Attached please find a capital change notice for 55,490,771 shares issued under the share purchase plan announced on 29 May 2025.

The issue price is NZ$0.02 (A$0.018) per share.

The oversubscription of 28,191,169 shares under the share purchase plan will be issued following shareholder approval at a meeting to be held on 15 July 2025 at 11am (previously 11 July).
