Carl Storm has resigned from his executive role at WasteCo, effective July 5 2024.

Storm, who has been with the South Island waste solution company since its inception in 2013, will also step down as an executive director.

However, he will remain a key shareholder and director on the WasteCo board.

Storm's transition to a non-independent director will take effect on July 6 2024.

WasteCo said Storm expressed his desire to step away from his operating role, considering it the right time after the successful integration of new chief executive, David Peterson.

Storm will be available to the company in a consulting capacity in the months following his departure.
