CBD – Suspension of trading of Securities

Cannasouth has had its ordinary shares suspended from trading on the NZX, after the company was placed into voluntary administration.

The suspension, which was applied on Thursday, comes after Cannasouth made the announcement of its voluntary administration.

NZ RegCo exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3(b) to suspend the trading of the company's shares.
