Contact Energy has accepted the resignation of KPMG as external auditor and appointed Ernst & Young (EY) as the group’s new external auditor.
The decision was made following a formal request for proposal process overseen by the Board Audit & Risk Committee and is in line with Contact’s policy of changing auditors after 15 years.
Contact would like to thank KPMG for their service over the last 17 years and looks forward to working with EY.
