Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited has announced the appointment of Anna Molloy and Andrew Holmes to the Board, effective from 4 April 2022.
Both Anna and Andy bring specialist skills and knowledge that are well suited for Channel Infrastructure’s new strategic direction as the company converts to an import terminal business.
The Board also announced that director John Bourke will step down at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on 10 May 2022.
The appointments increase gender diversity on the Board and allow for further alignment of the Board’s overall skillset with the company’s business and operations.
