Channel Infrastructure's 2023 AGM is being held today at 2pm.

The company's board chair, James Miller, will discuss the improved and more sustainable business model, which has allowed for investment in becoming a world-class operator of assets for New Zealand.

Miller will also highlight the refreshed company strategy, focusing on world-class operations, fuel security and resiliency, and the opportunities from decarbonisation of aviation fuel.

Chief executive Rob Buchanan, on the other hand, will speak about the successful execution of the 2023 priorities and the company's future.

In a positive development, Channel has raised its EBITDA guidance range for 2024.

It is now expected to be between $92 million and $96m, up from the previous range of $91m to $95m.
