Charles Sitch, a Director on the Spark Board since 2011 and currently Chair of the Audit Risk Management Committee, will be retiring from the board effective from the close of Spark's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 3, 2023.
Sitch has played a crucial role in the demerger of Chorus from Telecom and the transformation of Spark into a digital services provider.
Gordon MacLeod has been appointed as the new Chair of the Audit Risk Management Committee.
