Completion of Acquisition of LifeHealthcare

EBOS Group Limited has completed its acquisition of LifeHealthcare, a leading distributor of medical devices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

The acquisition is expected to accelerate EBOS' medical devices strategy and contribute towards the group's future growth.

Financial results from 1 June 2022 will report LifeHealthcare within the Institutional Healthcare division.
