Completion of Heartland SPP offer

Heartland Group Holdings Limited has announced the successful completion of its share purchase plan (SPP), receiving applications totalling approximately $68.8 million against a target total SPP offer size of up to $70 million.

Under the SPP, 6,135 Heartland shareholders applied, with an average application size of approximately $11,210.

Settlement of the SPP is expected to occur on 9 September 2022, with trading of new shares expected to commence on the NZX on 9 September 2022, and on the ASX on 12 September 2022.
