Today, 3 October 2022, Evolve Education Group Limited (Evolve) (NZX: EVO, ASX: EVO) completed the sale of its New Zealand business and will officially change its name to Embark Education Limited.
The new name will take effect from 18 October 2022, along with a change of registered office and address for service in Auckland, New Zealand.
The Board of Directors has expressed its gratitude to shareholders, teachers, suppliers and others involved in the transition.
The company also looks forward to its future acquisition strategy.
