Completion of sale and change of name and address

Evolve Education Group Limited (Evolve) (NZX: EVO, ASX: EVO) confirms that the sale of its New Zealand business was settled today.

In connection with that sale, Evolve and the New Zealand subsidiaries remaining after the sale will undertake the following name changes:

• the name of Evolve Education Group Limited will be changed to “Embark Education Limited”;
• the name of Lollipops Educare Holdings Limited will be changed to “Embark NZ Holdings Limited”; and
• the name of Evolve Management Group Limited will be changed to “Embark NZ Management Group Limited”.
The new names will take effect on and from 18 October 2022. The NZX and ASX ticker will remain as EVO. The ISIN will remain unchanged as NZEVOE0001S4.

Evolve further confirms the change of its registered office and address for service.
The new address for service and registered office for Evolve and each of its New Zealand subsidiaries remaining after completion of the sale will be:

Level 10, 21 Queen Street
Auckland 1010
New Zealand.

Evolve’s new website address will be www.embarkeducation.com.au.

The Board acknowledges the support of the company’s shareholders, teachers, suppliers and everyone involved in ensuring an effective transition of the New Zealand business. The Company is looking forward to an exciting future as we embark on the next step of our Australian acquisition strategy.
