Craig Percy transitions to non-executive role at Promisia

Craig Percy has transitioned from his role as an executive director to a non-executive director of Promisia Healthcare.

According to the company, Percy had been supporting Promisia in an executive capacity since the end of last year while the search for a new chief operating officer was underway.

With the appointment of Graeme Dodd as the chief operating officer and the completion of the associated transition of responsibilities, Percy has now ceased to provide executive services.
