Change of Director status

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) advises that Craig Percy’s status has changed from being an Executive Director of PHL to being a Director of PHL.

Since the end of last year Craig was supporting PHL in an executive capacity while a recruitment process for a new Chief Operating Officer was undertaken. With Graeme Dodd now appointed to the Chief Operating Officer role and a transition of associated responsibilities completed, Craig has now ceased to provide executive services to PHL and returns to being a non-executive Director of PHL.

The Board thanks Craig for providing invaluable support to the Company.
