David Smale appointed director at Geneva Finance

Geneva Finance has announced the appointment of David Smale as an independent director.

Smale brings over 40 years of experience in establishing and building businesses in various sectors.

He previously served as Chairman on GFL and will now serve as a non-executive director on the Geneva board.

Smale's appointment is in accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, and he will retire and stand for election at the next Geneva Finance Annual Shareholder Meeting.

The appointment is effective as of September 7, 2023.
