Geneva Director Appointment
Geneva Finance board announces director appointment.
The Geneva board announces the appointment of David Smale as an independent director.
David comes to the board with an extensive 40+ years in establishing and building a number of businesses in the primary, horticultural and export sectors and previously held the position as Chairman on GFL. David will serve as a non-executive director on the Board.
In line with the NZX Listing Rules, David will retire and stand for election at the next Geneva Finance Annual Shareholder Meeting.
David’s appointment is effective, Thursday 7th of September 2023.
