Delegat Group Limited have announced the appointment of Gordon MacLeod as an independent non-executive director, effective 15 February 2022.
MacLeod brings 15 years of experience from Ryman Healthcare, as well as corporate finance and finance director experience from PwC and a listed hi-tech engineering company.
MacLeod holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
