Asset Plus Limited has today announced the successful completion of the sale of Eastgate Shopping Centre.
The sale has resulted in a $40 million repayment of the Company’s BNZ facility, with the remainder retained as working capital.
Asset Plus Fund Manager, Stephen Brown-Thomas, and Head of Investor Relations, Matthew Butt, have both commented on the successful settlement.
