Enprise appoints Marisa Fong to the role of Chairperson

Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has appointed Marisa Fong as Chairperson, effective immediately.

Marisa has been a non-executive director of the company since 2019 and co-founded The Madison Group in 1998.

Lindsay Phillips, who has been the chair since Enprise Group listed on the NZAX in 2014, will remain a non-executive director.

The appointment of Marisa is expected to bring her different perspective and knowledge to the role of Chairperson.
