Transportation technology services company EROAD has reported a strong financial performance for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
Free cash flow to the firm increased to $16 million, compared to $1.3m in the previous year.
EROAD attributed this improvement to the expansion of existing customer contracts, new customer wins, price increases, and cost management.
Revenue climbed to $194.4m, representing a 6.8% increase, while annualised recurring revenue increased by 6.1% to $175.1m.
EROAD's ebit rose to $5.9m, and net profit after tax reached $1.4m.
The company also highlighted high asset retention of 92.5% and key enterprise customer wins and expansions.
For the 2026 financial year, EROAD expects minimum revenue of $205m and annualised recurring revenue of $188m, with 7.5% growth.
