Restaurant Brands re-elects all eligible directors

Restaurant Brands shareholders have re-elected all six directors who were eligible for election during the company's annual meeting.

José Pares, Emilio Fullaondo, Huei Min (Lyn) Lim, Stephen Ward, Carlos Fernandez, and Luis Miguel Álvarez were all re-elected as directors.

The board of directors was also authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the upcoming year.

The voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX listing rules.
