Fisher Funds, the second-largest shareholder in Vista Group, has announced its intention to vote against the resolutions put forward by Potentia.
Fisher Funds, which holds 14.4% of Vista Group's shares, expressed its support for the current Vista board and company strategy.
The company said it does not support the appointment of Amitesh Chand and Peter James as directors, nor the removal of current directors Susan Peterson and Kirk Senior.
