Fletcher Building fields sale inquiries

Fletcher Building has revealed that it has received ongoing inquiries from parties interested in its businesses, including the construction division.

This comes after the company's announcement of a strategic review.

However, Fletcher Building clarified that no decisions have been made to sell any of its businesses.

The company said more details about the outcomes of the strategic review will be provided at the investor day on June 24, 2025.
