Fonterra appoints Director to FSF Management Company Board

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has appointed director John Nicholls to the Board of FSF Management Company Limited, the manager of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund, with effect from 14 November 2022.

The appointment follows the announcement of the retirement of Donna Smit as a director of Fonterra.

John is the owner of several mid-Canterbury dairy farms and holds a degree in agriculture and postgraduate diploma in agricultural science from Massey University.

He is also the current chair of MHV Water, New Zealand’s largest intergenerational irrigation co-operative.
