Fonterra has reported a strong performance for the financial year 2025.
The dairy cooperative achieved a 15% increase in total group revenue, reaching $26 billion.
Total cash returns to shareholders also rose by 30.6% to $16b.
Operating profit increased by 13% to $1.73b, while profit after tax was down 4% to $1.08b.
However, it was up 13% when tax-adjusted.
The final farmgate milk price for the 2024/25 season was $10.16 per kgMS, amounting to $15.3b in milk payments to New Zealand farmers.
Fonterra's full-year dividend was 57 cents per share, up from 55 cents.
The cooperative revised its forecast milk collections for the 2025/26 season to 1.525 billion kgMS.
The forecast farmgate milk price range for 2025/26 is $9-$11 per kgMS, and the projected earnings range for FY26 is 45-65 cents per share.
