Freightways has announced the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its external auditor.
The decision came after the company undertook a formal request for proposal process, which was overseen by its audit and risk committee.
Four major accounting firms were initially invited to respond to the request, and their proposals were evaluated based on various aspects of the external auditor's function, including fees.
Freightways did not provide any further details regarding the re-appointment.
