FY22 Third Quarter Dividends

Stride Property Group (Stride) has confirmed a combined annual cash dividend target of 9.91 cents per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2022 (FY22), subject to no further deterioration in economic conditions due to COVID-19.

It will pay a cash dividend of 1.9135 cents per share for the third quarter (1 April 2021 to 31 December 2021) of FY22, accompanied by imputation credits of 0.270497 cents per share, and a supplementary dividend of 0.122746 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) will pay a cash dividend of 0.5640 cents per share for the third quarter of FY22, accompanied by imputation credits of 0.219333 cents per share, and a supplementary dividend of 0.099529 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan remains suspended for the FY22 third quarter dividends.
