Bremworth has announced that it will not be able to meet the deadline for releasing its FY25 annual report and audited financial statements.
The company said it is currently working with its auditors to finalise the financial statements.
Bremworth now expects to release the annual report and financial statements by October 7, 2025.

The S&P/NZX 50 Index was 62.33 points or 0.46% higher at 13,514.09.
Shares in Port of Tauranga, which owns 50% of Northport, rose 2% after the news.
