Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that it is unable to comply with NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1 which requires it to release its FY25 annual report and audited financial statements by the end of today, 30 September 2025.

The Company and its auditors are working closely to finalise the FY25 audited financial statements, and the Company expects to be able to release its FY25 annual report and audited financial statements by Tuesday, 7 October 2025.
