- General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) has announced that Jonathan Clark, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, will resign effective in late February 2022.

The Group has split the role and appointed Erick Smith to the position of Corporate Counsel effective from early February.

They are currently undertaking a search for the replacement Chief Financial Officer and will update the market when an appointment is made.
