Oceania Healthcare Limited has announced that Director Patrick McCawe will resign from his position with effect from 16 February 2022.
Mr McCawe has been a Director for the past five years, during which time he has made a significant contribution to the company, including being a member of the Audit Committee and being heavily involved in various corporate transactions.
Oceania Healthcare Limited Chair Elizabeth Coutts thanked Mr McCawe for his contribution and wished him all the best for the future.
