RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Oceania Healthcare Limited wishes to advise that Patrick McCawe is resigning as a Director of Oceania Healthcare Limited, with effect from 16 February 2022. Mr McCawe has been a Director of Oceania Healthcare Limited since 16 February 2017 and has made a significant contribution to the company, including being a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr McCawe has also been heavily involved in Oceania’s corporate transactions throughout this period, including Oceania’s initial public offering in 2017, its inaugural retail bond offer in 2020, the capital raise in 2021 and the second retail bond offer in 2021.

Oceania Healthcare Limited Chair, Elizabeth Coutts said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Patrick for his contribution to Oceania Healthcare Limited over the last five years and, in particular, his guidance in capital markets matters. We wish him all the best for the future.”
