Genesis Energy has welcomed Hinerangi Raumati-Tu’ua as a non-executive director to its board.
Raumati-Tu’ua brings extensive board experience, including chairing Tainui Group Holdings Limited and Te Pou Herenga Pakihi Limited and serving on the boards of Watercare Services Limited, Te Puia Tapapa GP Limited and Aotearoa Fisheries Limited (Moana NZ).
Her experience includes strategic planning, transformation and change, relationship management and people leadership.
The appointment is effective from 14 March 2022 and the Board has determined Raumati-Tu’ua is an independent director.
