Genesis Appoints Chief Customer Officer

Genesis Energy has announced the appointment of Stephen England-Hall as their new Chief Customer Officer, to commence on 31 July 2023.

Stephen has extensive experience in customer strategy and loyalty, building consumer brands, marketing, data, digital technology, and industry disruption.

He has held Chief Executive roles at Real NZ, Tourism New Zealand, Loyalty New Zealand and Razorfish in the UK, and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Malcolm Johns, Chief Executive of Genesis Energy, said he is thrilled about Stephen's appointment and looks forward to him joining the executive team.
