Geneva Finance directors have announced a special meeting of shareholders to vote on resolutions to delist the company from the NZX main board and list it on the Unlisted Securities Exchange (USX).
The meeting is scheduled to take place on July 5, 2024 at 1pm.
The purpose of listing on the USX is to allow shareholders to continue publicly trading their shares.
