NZO to delist from NZX, move to ASX

New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZO) has announced its intention to delist from the NZX and move to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The company's listing on the ASX will continue throughout the process.

Shareholders who hold NZO shares listed on the NZX will not need to take any action as all their shares will become solely listed on the ASX.

Trading in NZO shares on the NZX will end on June 24, 2024, and the shares will be delisted from the NZX on June 26, 2024.
