Gentrack director Nick Luckock stepping down

Software company Gentrack has announced that director Nick Luckock will not seek re-election at the company's annual meeting in February.

Luckock, who joined the board in 2018, will cease to be a director after the meeting.

Gentrack chair Andy Green thanked Luckock for his significant contribution to the company, including his role in the turnaround and the appointment of CEO Gary Miles.

The board will now begin the process of selecting a replacement for Luckock.
