Director intention not to seek re-election

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) announces that Nick Luckock has advised the company of his intention not to seek re-election as a Director of the company at Gentrack Group’s annual meeting in February. Therefore, Nick’s term as a Director of Gentrack Group will cease at the conclusion of the company’s annual meeting.

Andy Green, Gentrack Group’s Chair, said the Gentrack Group Board would like to thank Nick for his significant contribution to the company since joining the Gentrack Group Board in February 2018.

“Nick has played a significant role in the turnaround at Gentrack including leading the search for Gary Miles as CEO. I’d like to thank Nick on behalf of all shareholders for his contribution to setting Gentrack back on a firm growth trajectory,” said Andy Green.

The Gentrack Group Board will announce the appointment of a director to replace Nick Luckock following the completion of a selection process.
