DGL Group Limited has expanded its manufacturing capacity in New Zealand with the acquisition of RLA Polymers NZ Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of quality products for the building and construction industries.
The acquisition price of $4.6M consists of a cash payment of $3.45M and the balance by fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of DGL.
Staff and management of RLA Polymers NZ Limited will be retained and the company has also had a strong start to the second half of FY22 and is continuing to pursue further acquisition opportunities.
