Glenn Day appointed TASK's Chief Financial Officer

TASK Group Holdings Limited has appointed Glenn Day as its Group Chief Financial Officer.

Day has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in various sectors.

His appointment reflects TASK's upcoming migration from New Zealand to Australia and its transition to a primary listing on the ASX.

Day will be based in Sydney and will be responsible for accounting and finance, corporate governance, compliance, investor relations, company secretarial activities, treasury, and M&A.

TASK CEO Daniel Houden expressed satisfaction with Day's appointment, highlighting his expertise in financial management and supporting growth in ASX-listed SaaS businesses.
