Vulcan Steel Limited has announced the appointment of Nicola Greer as a director on their Board, effective from September 5, 2023.

She has a background in banking and finance and holds a Master of Commerce degree.
Nicola will hold office as a director until Vulcan's annual meeting in November 2023, where she will seek election as a director by Vulcan's shareholders.
This appointment brings Vulcan's Board composition back to a majority of independent directors.
