Goodman Property Trust (GMT) subsidiary, GMT Bond Issuer Limited, today announced the allocation of NZ$150 million of 5 year fixed rate, senior secured green bonds, following a successful bookbuild process.
The interest rate was set at 4.74% per annum.
The Green Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code GMB060 on 19 April 2022, with the full details contained in the product disclosure statement available on the Goodman Green Bonds website.
