Goodwood Capital Limited's acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited has been approved by shareholders and completed, meaning the suspension of trading will be lifted at pre-market open the following day.
Trading will resume under the new issuer name WasteCo Group Limited and ticker code “WCO”.
