Grant Dempsey appointed director at a2 Milk

Grant Dempsey has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of a2 Milk, effective from September 1, 2025.

Dempsey, who has a background in investment banking and CFO roles at ASX50 listed companies, will also be a member of the company's audit and risk management committee.

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual meeting on November 20, 2025.

Dempsey is currently a professional director and has been a director of Industry Funds Management (IFM) Investors since 2018.

He also serves as the chair of Housing Hub and is a director and chair of the audit and risk committee of Sims Metals and Megaport.
