Greenfern Industries' ordinary shares have been placed on a trading halt by NZ RegCo. The halt, which took effect at 10.14am on Wednesday, was applied after NZ RegCo engaged with the company regarding a $515,900 loan from Crown Financial Services.
The loan was due for repayment in August 2024 and an extension was sought.
The trading halt will remain in place until either an announcement is made by Greenfern Industries regarding the loan, or the market opens on Friday.
