Subject: Greenfern Industries Limited (“GFI”) – Trading Halt of Securities


Message:

NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to ordinary shares of Greenfern Industries Limited (“GFI”). Trading in GFI ordinary shares was halted at 10:14am today, Wednesday, 14 August 2024.

NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt following engagement with GFI today in relation to loan of $515,900 from Crown Financial Services Limited, which was due to be repaid in August 2024 and for which an extension was sought.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

1. an announcement from GFI in relation to the loan; and
2. market open on Friday, 16 August 2024.
