Winton Land Limited has announced the appointment of Guy Fergusson as a non-executive director.
Fergusson brings extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets to the company.
He will serve on the Audit and Financial Risk Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee until the 2024 Annual Meeting, at which point he will retire and seek re-election.
Fergusson is currently considered a non-independent director due to his previous role as Co-CEO of Grant Samuel, which acted as a financial adviser for Winton's 2021 initial public offering.
Additionally, David Liptak has informed the Board of his intention to retire as a Director following the completion of a transaction involving the sale of Winton shares.
